Established in 2018, OnBoard is a year-long programme that we have developed to help creative businesses and cultural organisations to recruit, support and train young trustees on to their boards while championing more inclusive and transformational forms of governance.
Part of our extended consultancy offer, OnBoard utilises our community of diverse, engaged young leaders to diversify organisations’ governance and leadership.
OnBoard works in yearly cohorts, offering a bespoke programme of support, training, action learning sets, resources and 1:1’s to nurture their leadership and critical thinking skills over 12 months.
