When the first lockdown hit we’d just kicked off the EXPERIMENT phase of our radical leadership programme BE IT. Ten young creatives were about to start paid leadership placements with cultural organisations across Bristol, many of whom then had to close buildings and furlough staff - and it just wasn’t possible anymore.
