We’re looking for a new Community Producer to join our small but mighty team!
As Ellayah and Mitoshka have transitioned into their co-director roles, there’s a gaping hole in our staff team that we need YOU to fill.
We need someone who is focused on bringing people together and nurturing their potential. Someone who will empower a strong community of 18-30 year-olds to get paid, thrive, and fight for what they believe in.

Salary: £28,000 (FTE) / £16,800 (Annual take home pay)*
*Please note these figures are gross (before tax)
Hours: 24 hours a week, or around 3 days
Deadline: 11:59pm on Sunday 25 October 2026
ABOUT THE ROLE
This ‘Community Producer’ role will be community focused, but there will be ample opportunities for you to grow in other areas too. We anticipate that the work will fall into three strands:
Providing dedicated support for individual community members by either supporting them yourselves, by setting up a meeting with a co-director or by signposting them to another service / organisation
Programming events, training & socials for the current community, including helping the team to find and brainstorm funding streams to make them happen (in other words, googling and thinking outside of the box when it comes to income generation)
Lead on the outreach and recruitment of new community members and build relationships with other partners in the city
ABOUT YOU
Where you come from is less important than what you bring to the table. You might have professional experience supporting creatives, communities or young people. Alternatively, you might be looking for work after a period of focusing on caring responsibilities, or are ready to turn your empathy into a paid skill.
What matters most to us is that you are excited by the idea of mobilising young creatives from underrepresented backgrounds to come together in this community we have created.
We especially welcome applications from those with lived experience (e.g., Global Majority, LGBTQ+, Trans / NB, RTG, Currently in Care or Care Leaver, Homeless or previously, Neurodiverse, Disabled)
